Reservations

Reservations can be made at the library, by phone or online. Ask staff at the library to make a reservation for you.
Reservations can be made via our online catalogue – all you need is your library card number and a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your PIN can be obtained by phoning any branch of the Corangamite Regional Library Corporation.
There is a non-refundable $1.00 charge per item. There is a limit of 12 reservations per borrower.
You will receive a notice by mail with a date to collect the reserved item. If not collected by this date the item will go to the next person in the queue or be returned to the collection.
Popular items may have a reduced loan period of 14 days due to the waiting list.
An item on the reservation list can not be renewed.
