Annual Reports

The Corporation at the end of each financial year must prepare an annual report containing:

  1. a report of its operations during the financial year
  2. audited standard statements for the financial year
  3. audited financial statements for the financial year
  4. a copy of the performance statement
  5. a copy of the report of the performance statement
  6. any other matter required by regulations

The annual report must be submitted to the Minister with in 3 months of the end of each financial year.

After the annual report has been submitted to the Minister, it is made available to the public. The Board holds an annual reporting meeting. Copies of the annual report are published.
