Board

The Board comprises the following members:

The role of the Board is to set policy and undertake strategic planning from a regional perspective, as well as from the perspective of the member council represented.

The Board members report to their respective councils.

The CEO appointed by the Board is to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, administer the delivery of library services across the region. The CEO advises, assists and supports the Board in its work, with particular emphasis on policy development and strategic planning .
